Introduction- A Christian's Perspective of Amway and Greed for non-christians and christians alike
Welcome, in this website I'll be discussing perceptions about Leadership Team Development which is a break away off of Britt World Wide system which is Quixtar also called Amway. Although many websites devote their time trying to convince people that this business is a scam and an illegal pyramid, people often beat around the bush attacking and defending whether or not Amway is an illegal pyramid or scam when thats not even the issue, of course its not an illegal pyramid and whether or not it is a scam must be left to each individuals perspective, but the main problems I will go through now...My main concern is with the cultic spiritual deception that occurs rampantly in this business.
The cultic tactics that they use to grow their business is just like the Jehovah's witness and Mormonism, they have an overt "christian" emphasis and they use the church model in the book of Acts of the Bible for the growth of their business.
Just like a true Christian church will evangelize by sharing the gospel, Quixtians will evangelize using what they call "sharing the dream" where they ask people what their dreams are and then ask them if they want to make more money to achieve those dreams.(which by the way is fine, but their motive and the end result of what they are doing is wrong) Then, just like the evangelist invites people to the church to hear the gospel preached by the pastor, the quixtian will invite the new prospect to the "business meeting" where the enthusiatic charismatic speaker pulls your heart strings by talking for 40 minutes about your dreams and why you deserve and can have more, then for the next 20 minutes he "draws the circles" and shows how to make money in the business, this whole process is the equivalent of the pastor the in church preaching the gospel and they call it "STP" which is"showing the plan".
After attending church if the person sees that they haven't kept the 10 commandments and that they need Christ as their saviour because of their sin then there is usually discipleship afterwards, where some mature church members will help the person get started with the Bible and what not, with amway it is the same. After hearing the rants of the charismatic speaker, if the prospect's heart strings are pulled and he becomes lustful for money, then those who are interested will usually get together for a "follow-up" with their "mentor" (they call this the mentoring process) where they will be shown a plan for the next 90 days and given some motivational and quite often some cultic books.( some described below) Just like Christians are told to depart from their life of sin( pornagraphy, narcotics, stealing, lying etc) and leave the service of the devil to work for God, the new prospect is told very quick into the business that he has spent his whole life serving "negative" and that he needs to cut off all "negative"(which is of course defined by them) from their life and start to think positive, only allow positive into their life and to start to serve the "positive force" which they sorta make into a god of theirs. Of course positive is anything that encourages supports or agrees with what they are doing to help them build their business, and "negative" is anything that tries to hinder them or discourage them.
So if the parents of the prospects discourage them from doing the business the "mentor" will suggest cutting them off for a while because they are "negative"(do you see the culticness here?)
Because of the fact that this business has an overt christian emphasis and most people in this business call themselves "christians"(even though all they care about is money and have life centred on greed and lust)
they will often apply the label "devil" to whatever is negative and harming to their goals and dreams(building business) and then consequently they will apply the label of "god" to whatever is positive. By the way this idea comes from free masonry with the help of Napolean hill who was himself a famous free mason . (described below)
When a church begins to grow the church then decides to expand its boarders using missionaries, to go to the nearby cities and even cities abroad in different countries to do what they call "planting a church", in the same manner those who drive hours and hours to different cities, or even devote their lives abroad to preaching the Amway gospel(lustful prosperity), are called "warriors" who are "planting open meetings."
And of course they have an "us vs. them" mentality you will often here people in this business refer to themselves as "winners" and anyone who is not in the business or rejects their offer to do them business as "losers" they do this so much that they take the "losers" to the point of enemy status. This is the "us vs. them" mentality that is present in every cult and is very often displayed. Without an enemy that is being criminalized, mocked,slandered, hated, and beat-low then a cult can't exist.
AND OF COURSE MY BIGGEST CONCERN is that, just like the mormons and J.W's they do this all in the name of Jesus Christ, which is a false jesus. Its the jesus of the prosperity gospel which is a heresy(more on this topic here) and because of organizations like this that are in reality only interested in money and filling their own bellies and puffing themselves up, then the name of Christ is disgraced and trodden down and blasphemed among men.
This section is made especially for Christians or at least those who "profess" to be. There is such a thing as false converts people who claim that Christ is their Lord but in reality are slaves to sin, read all of matthew 7:21-23.
For those of you in the LTD system that call yourselves Christian I challenge you to read this and tell me if I have lied, and if you do call yourself a Christian then you should have enough guts to read this, or are you going to get scared away by the "negative"? A wuss is someone who can't handle a rebuke, winners definetly can.
It is a blatant fact that this system of business is an incubator for the sin of idolatry and greed/covetousness(which they call dreaming to confuse people and make it sound nicer, because dreams are not bad, but the ones they encourage are all greed centred and breaking the 10th commandment) the longer you are in it the more of your heart gets stolen and latched onto by this false God called the LTD system. And I would say that at least 99% of people who are in the LTD business are committing the sin of idolatry with their false God being the LTD system itself and the idol they have made of their own goals and dreams. Idolatry by the way is the worst sin in the bible. Loving something else more then Jesus Christ, every IBO loves the LTD system and their own "dreams and goals"(which is lust and covetousness, the more you pursue the bigger idol it becomes) more then they love Jesus Christ and would not be willing to give it up even if Jesus came down face to face and asked them to do it. They would say that it is not Jesus, its gotta be the devil because Jesus would never ask me to leave something for his sake. People who haven't read the Bible or at least, the new testament say these silly things. Why would Jesus not want you to leave an organization that is deceiving people and teaching New-age psychological crap, along with Free Masonry (napolean hills works, norman vincent peale's power of positive thinking, and Og mandinos works) all these men were extremely famous free mason's who knowingly worship the devil himself, and many other lies that come from the prosperity gospel and the word of faith movement.

Some may say their God is Jesus But they are Liars for they are in fact serving the LTD system and their own bellies(greed). The LTD system is what they love and trust the most. The LTD system controls every decision and action that the IBO makes in their day not because the IBO is being mind controlled but because this is what the person actually desires to do. This is how they have been trained.
When I go to a church I hear: Praise the Lord! We were on the verge of divorce but my marriage is better because of Jesus Christ. I had a ________ (insert whatever) addiction and Jesus helped deliver me from it. Thank you Jesus. I was depressed and down low but Jesus came into my life and made me full of joy. Praise the LORD.

Those of you who attend meeting regularly know what I'm talking about, Doesn't this scare you? LTD is taking the praise of Jesus Christ.
By the way if you are reading this and you are feeling your conscience bothering you you should praise the Lord, that is not the devil that is the Holy Spirit pricking you warning you to repent and regret all the sins that you've committed against God. What sins you say? Have you ever lied? stolen? blasphemed? adultered? fornicated?
Before God is a loving God(and he is a very loving God) he is a God of JUSTICE. Study this word people. This is why there is a hell. If there was a County Judge out there who allowed murderers and rapers to go free without sending them to jail you would call him a "bad Judge" and "corrupt judge". God is not a bad or corrupt judge, this is why hes going to send people like adolph hitler to hell, but God is so good and so perfect and Just that he will punish every single sin including lies and blasphemies even if you've only committed one. You better hope that those sins were punished for you on the cross of Jesus Christ or you'll be paying the price for them yourself in hell. This is why you need to repent and trust in Jesus Christ and his finished work on the cross for your salvation and not in your own works. Here are scriptures to consider.
For all have sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23. Notice how it says all, that means you too.
If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word has no place in our lives. 1 John 1:8-10. Just to affirm you guys.
and: For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. Ephesians 2:8-9.
Nothing we can do can save us, because we are sinners and it says when we try to work our way to salvation, that our works are like filthy rags in the sight of God(Isaiah 64:6)
We need to trust in the finished work of Christ for our salvation and nothing else, not LTD, not BWW, not our job promotions,not our climbing of the corporate ladder or any other institution, not the pastor,not the church people and not our own works.
You may ask why I am doing this. I am not doing this because I hate the LTD business system of BWW or Amway, its just a stupid business that thinks it can take the place of Christianity. I am doing this because I care for your soul. If I saw you asleep in a burning building and didn't wake you up then I would be a monster.

If some are reading this and are worried that I am just some loser blogger out there, I would accept the persecution gladly for the sake of my Lord Jesus Christ and his will, just like you are willing to accept enormous amounts of persecution for the LTD system and your dreams(idols) which in end is just doing your will rather then God's, but please if you want to see my face, I know that you IBO'S are movers and shakers why dont you come and have a cup of coffee with me, or invite me to your open meeting to speak as a guest, I am not afraid of you.
